A woman with blonde hair and blue eyes standing under a large cave-like rock formation at the beach. She is wearing a black jacket with a pearl necklace and a light-colored shawl with fringe. She is touching the rock with her right hand.

〰️UNDERSTANDING THE PATTERN ISN'T THE SAME AS BEING FREE FROM IT.

〰️UNDERSTANDING THE PATTERN ISN'T THE SAME AS BEING FREE FROM IT.

"Loa is exceptional. She really goes into the deep stuff, getting to the bottom of the things that must be healed in order to accomplish the goal.”

— Marie-Josée Carrier

Maybe you've already done the therapy, read the books, taken the courses, and understood the pattern intellectually—yet somehow you still find yourself back in the same place.

You know what you do. You may even understand why you do it.

But understanding the pattern isn't always enough to change it.

YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE PATTERN AND STILL BE LIVING IT.

You may know where it came from. You may recognize your triggers, understand your childhood, see the relationship dynamic, or know exactly what you “should” be doing differently.

And yet, when the moment comes, something deeper takes over.

Because some patterns don't live only in the thinking mind. They can be held in our emotions, protective responses, identity, nervous system, relationships, and the unconscious ways we've learned to survive and belong.

That's why more insight isn't always the answer. Sometimes you have to go underneath what you already know.
