Who we are
Transformational You is a coaching and healing practice run by Loa Arnoth, at 955 S. Carillo Dr., STE 210, Los Angeles, CA 90048. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Transformational You.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Information you share when you book, fill out a form, use our chat box, or work with us, including what you'd like to focus on and how you found us.
- Booking and payment details, such as your appointment times, invoices, and payment status. Payments are handled by our payment processor, so we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic website information, such as your browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about sessions.
- To deliver our services and keep our work together organized.
- To send invoices, payment reminders, and agreements.
- To answer your questions and reply to your messages.
- To keep our website working and improve it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it for informational and transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling and payment reminders, and replies to your questions. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your text message consent will not be shared with any third party. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Period. We share it only with the tools and companies that help us run our practice, and only as needed to do their job. These include our scheduling and client management system (GoHighLevel), video meetings (Zoom), payment processing (Stripe), and email and calendar tools. We may also share information if the law requires it.
What you share in sessions
What you tell us in our work together is private. We keep notes only to support our work, and we do not share them, unless the law requires us to or there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. Our work is coaching and personal growth support. It is not medical or mental health care, and our notes are not medical records.
How we protect and keep your information
We use reputable, password-protected tools and limit who can see your information. No system is perfect, but we take care. We keep your information for as long as we work together and as long as we need it for records, taxes, or legal reasons.
Your choices
- To stop emails, click "unsubscribe" in any email.
- To stop texts, reply STOP to any message.
- To ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, contact us using the details in the footer of this website. If you live in California, you have these rights under California law, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies, which are small files that help the site work and show us basic visit statistics. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Children
Our services are for adults, age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
